The Tiqy Guarantee, is a guarantee that you will receive the tour that you have been offered with everything included that is meant to be included. If you do not receive this, we will either issue a full refund or a refund of the value of what you did not receive. If in an extreme situation you do not receive your tour or activity, we will give a full refund.

If you book a tour through our website, and you want to change the date with more than 48 hours notice, there will never be any fees for this. The operators terms and conditions still apply, but Tiqy will never charge you for a date change. Normally date changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the tour.

You can select your date and tickets, confirm your booking, and receive an automatic booking confirmation to your email. The dates and availabilities are live so you can book with confidence.
