If you do not receive this, we will either issue a full refund or a refund of the value of what you did not receive. If in an extreme situation you do not receive your tour or activity, we will give a full refund.
Free Date Change
If you book a tour through our website, and you want to change the date with more than 48 hours notice, there will never be any fees for this. The operators terms and conditions still apply, but Tiqy will never charge you for a date change. Normally date changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the tour.
