To start with this VIP Robinson 44 Helicopter private tour in Panama City, you will be picked up at your hotel or residence in Panama City to be taken to the Airport where you will board the helicopter. The transfer from your hotel to the airport is by car. You will be picked up at your hotel or residence in Panama City, 30 minutes before the start time of your tour. You can choose between different times to start the tour (10:00am, 11:00am and 2:00pm).

Upon arrival at the airport, you will go to the VIP Lounge where you will be shown a security video. You will learn how to get on and off to the helicopter and other security measures that you have to take into consideration for your tour. In the Lounge you will have access to high speed Wi-Fi. There will also be chips and drinks (included in the tour price). You can take advantage of your time in the lounge to go to the bathroom if you wish.

After the security video, you will be taken to the hangar which contains the helicopter, in which you will do the tour.
