Detailed Description

This culinary experience started at 10:00 AM in the facilities of Cooking Point, located in the well known Barrio de las Cartas, the closest subway station is the Anton Martin in the exit to Amor de Dios street.

Next, we will visit the Anton market to buy the groceries that we will need to cook our menu. We will buy vegetables, seafood and maybe ham, sausages, cheese, olives and cakes.

Back at school, we will prepare a delicious sangria and our first dish: the gazpacho, a refreshing cold soup based on tomato. Then, we will start cooking the paella. Throughout the preparation, our chef will tell you the history of this typical Spanish dish, it will include its origins and place in Spanish culture, as well as the tips that will help you make a paella to be proud of.

Our paella classes last 4 hours where 3 hours to go shopping, prepare your gazpacho and cook the paella, and 1 hour to enjoy your creations with the sangria you made at the beginning of the class.

The dishes are prepared in pairs under the guidance of our experienced chef. All lessons are in English and no cooking experience is required.
