If you cancel a confirmed reservation 7 in advance, you will pay €2.00 EUR in terms of management costs.
No refund will be possible if the cancellation occurs during 7 days before the tour. the customer is not present the day of the service.
No refund will be possible if the customer is late at pick up time. In this case, the customer will lose the right of transport and guided tour.
