This tour starts when you are picked up at your hotel / residence in Panama City. Upon arriving at the station you will board the train to Colon. In Colon, the vehicle will be waiting for you to visit the Fort of San Lorenzo, the museum of the Royal Customs, Portobelo and La Angosta Beach. This tour lasts approximately 12 hours. The tour ends with your return by car to your hotel / residence around 18:00.

Detailed Description

You will be picked up at your hotel or residence in Panama City between 5:30 and 6:00 to go to the Panama City Train Station. There you will board the train for 1 hour to reach your next destination that is the province of Colon.

Upon arriving at the Colon train station there will be a vehicle that will be waiting for you, to take you to know the impressive Fort of San Lorenzo. You will do a guided walking tour of the place and your guide will tell you the whole history of this World Heritage Site.

After visiting the Fort of San Lorenzo, you will enter the vehicle to go to the next stop that will be the museum of the Royal Customs of Portobelo. You will be in this place for a period of 30 minutes (the entrance to the museum is not included in the tour price). After this you will have time for lunch (lunch is not included in the tour price).

When you finish having lunch, your guide will take you on a walking tour through the town of Portobelo, explaining the history of this beautiful place.

Then you will enter the vehicle again for 30 minutes to reach La Angosta Beach, where you can enjoy the sun, sand and Caribbean food in the restaurants that are in place (food is not included in the price).

You will be back to your hotel / residence in Panama City in a vehicle around 18:00.

We started our tour with a friendly welcome by our guide who waited in the hotel lobby for us Then took us to the train stop in Panama where I boarded the railroad with us to the colon, our guide explained to us the whole history of the woo railway that really knows after we got to colon our driver waited for us at the station to take us to San Lorenzo, it is a wonderful place. This experience is unique as it includes Portobelo and San Lorenzo where you can observe the Spanish colonial forts in Panama. Additional offered us fruits and sodas.
