You will meet your guide at the Trastevere station to take the train to Bracciano. This small town dates back to the 15th century and was originally inhabited by artisans and workers.
The recipes they handed down have been essential in terms of ingredients. It has peculiar seasoning and a defined cooking method, and you will learn all of this during your walk around Bracciano. You will also taste a variety of wines before going back to the Trastevere station by train.
