The day begins with a brief stop at the famous Golden Gate Bridge for photos. Our expert guide will then take you to three boutique and family wineries, where you will learn about winemaking and taste extraordinary varietals. The tour will make a one-hour stop at historic Sonoma Square, where guests can shop, visit a museum or slip into one of the many tasting rooms on the plaza. This tour includes a picnic lunch, all tasting fees, and pick-up and drop-off at select San Francisco hotels.

Detailed Description

On this full day wine tour, you will visit three of the region’s finest wineries and sample their award-winning wines. You will be picked up at San Francisco Downtown and Fisherman's Wharf Hotels in our mini bus, from here you will be taken to each winery has been carefully selected for its unique character, knowledgeable and friendly staff and lovely ambiance.

First visit Reynaldo Robledo made history by becoming the first Mexican migrant vineyard worker to open a winery and tasting room in the United States. Then prepare to explore A small rustic family-run winery, making wines since 1987. Winner of numerous awards, Larson’s friendliness and charm is sure to please.

At the end you will go to Nicholson Ranch is a small family-owned artisan winery, featuring Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the family’s estate vineyards. Enjoy the stunning views of Sonoma, and the Carneros region, while sipping yummy wines. Your guide at the end will drop you off back at the meeting point.

*The Napa and Napa and Sonoma Combo tours stop at the Oxbow Public Market where you have one hour to get lunch on your own. Lunch is available for all budgets.

Sonoma Valley Wine Tour includes:

- Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free meals are available at Oxbow Public Market.
- We recommend dressing in comfortable attire.
- High heels are not recommended as it makes walking through the wineries and vineyards more challenging.

  1. Are tours cancelled due to rain or other weather conditions?

    No, we run our tours rain or shine. All wineries have indoor and/or covered areas, so you won’t be standing in the rain. In the event of cold or wet weather on the Sonoma tour we would cancel the picnic lunch, offer a $10.00 USD refund, and give you extra time to get lunch in the downtown Sonoma Square.

  2. Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately, our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible, however some of our vehicles have rear storage that can accommodate wheelchairs.

  3. Can we eat and drink in the vehicle?

    Yes, you may eat and drink in the vehicle, we only ask that you keep it tidy and stay within your limits. No outside alcohol is allowed at the wineries.
