Detailed Description
On this full day car tour, you will depart from your hotel in Bath at 9:00 AM. You will board the Celtic Horizons car together with the local guide and you will start this journey through time.
First, you will know the ruins of Glastonbury. It has been occupied since neolithic times and it was here where some stories known as those of King Arthur, the Holy Grail and more happened. You can also visit Glastonbury Tor, which is a hill that rises 500 meters above sea level and admire the beautiful panoramic view of Somerset, Dorset and South Wales.
Then, you will visit the medieval cathedral, built in 1810, the Palace of Bishops and Vicars Close. You can have time to take incredible pictures of West Country and visit the ruins of the Abbey to learn their past and myths.
Next, you will be back to Bath at 5:00 PM where you will be back to the same starting point at your hotel in Bath.
