Detailed Description
At this tour you will be meeting your guide for the kayaking excursion, in the starting and finishing point Playa d'en Repic beach in Puerto Soller. In the first 20 minutes you will be spending time in the bay, where you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the kayak and receive instructions from a qualified guide. Once you feel comfortable, you will paddle out of the bay and along the coastline, in the direction of Cala Tuent in the north east into amazing places.
There are lots of interesting features along the coast, such as caves, blowholes and rocky inlets, which the guide will point out to you along the way. If you are lucky you may come across a dolphin or two. The aim of the tour is to reach s'Illeta, a small island, about 4 kilometers from Playa d'en Repic. The island is home to a large colony of cormorants.
Nearby is an exceptionally large cave the Vell Mari, which is more than 500 meters deep. You will have a chance to paddle inside before turning back and heading for Puerto Soller.
