Detailed Description
Enjoy this 8-hour tour that starts at your hotel or pick-up point that you have agreed with the operator, from there you will go to the Tenorio Volcano National Park where you will get off your transport, either by car or by bus, you will walk through the trails of the park while they observe different exotic plants and wild animals such as tapirs, sloths, monkeys, and many species of birds.
As you enter the park you will begin to see the famous Celeste River, this color is due to the chemical mixture of sulfur and carbonate, which originates in the nearby Tenorio Volcano. In addition, the closer you get to its source, the blue becomes the river and later you will even see a waterfall and bathe in it. Afterwards you will taste a delicious Costa Rican style lunch and then board the transport of the operator and return to the point where you were picked up.
