Detailed Description
Explore the unique and ancient wine region of Colares, located north of Lisbon. Its wineries have been producing the finest wines in the sandy lands for centuries. The main local variety is Ramisco and possibly the only vitis vinifera cultivar never to have been grafted to another type of grape.
In this 5 hour tour you will go on your e-bike to sample 4 rare wines, visit 2 historic wineries and a private vineyard. You will learn about the strange vines that have been grown in sand, along the Atlantic coast. The tour begins and ends from the Park E-Bike shop.
