Detailed Description
You will meet your guide in Piazza Maggiore Square to go to the Quadrilatero and Mercato delle Erbe, the foodie heart of Bologna. You will walk inside the best food markets in town and discover the most important shops and history behind them.
Then you will visit a traditional fresh pasta artisan to learn how tortellini, tortelloni and tagliatelle are made. For lunch, you will go to a gourmet pizzeria of Bologna to taste different flavours of pizza with local crafts beers.
Your last stop of this 3 hour walking tour is for gelato, to enjoy on your way back to Piazza Maggiore Square where the tour ends.
