Browse the spectacular Great Sandy Straits aboard the Milbi (Butchulla for Sea Turtle) while enjoying local fresh prawns, canapés and a glass of champagne. The iconic Urangan Pier is the backdrop to your fascinating sunset cruise.
You will hear about the legendary tales of the Butchulla people of K'Gari (Fraser Island) and its surroundings. You'll discover Butchulla's names and meanings of important local landmarks, before heading to Weenandan (Round Island).
When evening falls, you will follow Butchulla's footsteps. Experiencing a unique coastal lifestyle, discover traditional fishing methods and food collection techniques, while listening to the lovely sounds of the didgeridoo.
