Maui Volcanoes Tour
Your guide will pick you up and then take you to enjoy a continental breakfast at a beautiful country club overlooking the Dunes at Maui Lani. Then you will drive up the mountain and arrive at the park after sunrise. After the visit to the Haleakalā National Park you will make your way back down the mountain to Upcountry for a picnic lunch. Enjoy the incredible views as your guide takes you back to your accommodations.

Detailed Description
In this tour you will get immersed in a day that includes: Hawaiian cultural & farming practices, war and peacetime living (bird watching, food practices, fishing, climate zones). You will also learn how the actual island of Maui works, discover how Hawaiians “Malama Aina” (care for the land) and about the Ahupua’a watershed system of ancient Hawai’i from the summit to fishpond.
You will explore the island’s significant, stunning cultural sites and learn how it’s ecological systems function and more during full daylight hours. You will experience the sacred mountain, the forbidden ʻĪao Valley (once only accessible to royalty), the ancient Hawaiian lifestyle, Maui’s quaint upcountry and the weather engine and headwaters for all life on the island, all while piquing cultural and photographic desires.

Are meals included on all tours?
We provide meals on all our tours. Tour that start earlier in the morning include a continental breakfast after hotel pickup. Our Hana and Haleakala Volcano day tours include a picnic lunch. Our Haleakala Sunrise tour includes a hot, buffet breakfast after sunrise.
