Detailed Description
During this 4.5-hour tour you will visit the Amon neighborhood in San Jose, your meeting point will be at the Morazan park where you will meet the guide at 11:30 AM. From there, you will have 4 stops during the walking tour and it will not take more than 10 minutes to reach each point.
When you arrive at each stop, you will have the opportunity to meet the owners of the restaurants you will visit, and they will explain to you about Latin American cuisine, the concepts on which their restaurant is based and how local ingredients apply to their techniques in traditional cooking.
Since the owners are the ones who prepare the dishes you can make changes regarding vegetarian diets, change the drinks for non-alcoholic options or foods that you may be allergic to, for all you must contact the operator to make the adjustments.
