There will also be a program for people who do not want the summit and visit the orchid garden, waterfall hike, tour Volcan and Boquete
I assure you that the hike is intense but as a reward, we will have a spectacular sunrise from the summit because in the same camp.

Recommended
- Prepared with light and comfortable clothes for promotion.
- Warm clothes for the summit 3474 m.
- Gloves.
- Hat against the cold.
- A hat to avoid the sun during the walk.
- Hiking shoes preferably boot high.
- Head torch.
- Backpack to carry snack, change clothes and water. Having wide pads, hip support and airflow back.
- Tent.
- Sleeping for low temperatures.
- Boiler for hot water (optional).
- Cup, saucer and spoon feeding at the summit.
- Toiletries.
- Plastic bags for wet clothes and put a base in tents.
- Sunscreen.
- Kit with basic medicines and daily use.
- Walking sticks.
- Heaters (optional, sell them at Walmart).
- Valid passport, valid at least 7 months before its expiration date.
