Detailed Description
Have fun on a half day tour, you will be picked up at your hotel on a car that will take you to explore this incredible adventure. You will start in Chinatown listening to fascinating stories of this picturesque place. Then you will learn about the ancient pearl art of one of the local pearl producers in Cygnet Bay, you will also enjoy a historic sound show at the famous Sun Pictures, the oldest outdoor image garden in the world (now included in the Guinness World Records).
You will pass through Old Broome to see the typical architecture of Broome and the old houses of Pearling Masters, then you will see the turquoise waters of Roebuck Bay in Town Beach and learn about Broome's One Day War. Then you will stop at Matsos Broome Brewery to taste their craft beers and the famous ginger ale. Afterwards, visit the peaceful Japanese cemetery and then visit Gantheaume Point, this place is known for its dinosaur footprints and the history of Anastasia's Pool.
If you chose Sunset Camel Ride you will head north of the rocks to meet your camel in this unique Broome experience. If you chose the Sparkling Sunset option you will go down to Cable Beach for sunset. You will relax and enjoy a walk, swimming or light refreshments while watching the sun disappear on the horizon.
At the end of your tour you will be left at your hotel or you can enjoy a cocktail or dinner at one of the nearby cafes at approximately 6:00 PM.
