You will start from the port, where the bus will be waiting for you at 8:00 AM to leave for 1 hour towards the Pan-American highway, on the way you will admire picturesque villages until you reach Orotina. Before arriving, you will make a panoramic stop to take pictures and admire capuchin monkeys and howler monkeys

In Orotina, you will find different local vendors and stands of tropical and exotic fruits such as cashews, mangoes, star fruit and caimitos. The local guide will explain about these fruits and will give you a sample to taste their incredible natural flavours.

The route continues until you reach the port where you will leave in an ecological boat to navigate through the Tarcoles river, where many huge crocodiles live. In this river, you will find the largest population of crocodiles in Costa Rica. You can also admire other species such as monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws and more. After the boat ride, you will take a break to enjoy a cup of coffee or an iced tea.

Then, you will arrive at the store Recuerdos del Jardín, known for being one of the largest souvenir shops in the area. You will have time to tour the store at your own pace and buy some souvenirs to take home. Before returning to Puntarenas, you will take a panoramic bus ride where you will get to know some of the main attractions of the town such as the Puntarenas Cathedral, the Casa de la Luz, the Fishing area and the Artisan Market. Next, you will arrive again at the port where you will end this adventure.
