Departing from your hotel in San Jose, you will travel to the outskirts until you reach La Fortuna. Once in the village you can take a short walk around and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Arenal Volcano. Next, you will make a 23 km bicycle circuit until you reach the Arenal River where you can relax in its waters and enjoy a picnic before returning to La Fortuna. Then at Baldi Hot Springs you will enjoy the facilities and a buffet style lunch.

Detailed Description
This adventure will start from your hotel in San Jose at 7:00 AM. From there, you will travel by minivan for 2 hours until you reach Fortuna Town. On the way, you can admire many coffee plantations, sugarcane and citrus.
Then, in the lowlands of northern Costa Rica, you will find the amazing Arenal Volcano. When you arrive in La Fortuna you will make a short walk around the town to know the locals, traditions and history.
The bike ride will start on the roads of Costa Rica and during the next 4 hours you will be able to admire the incredible landscape with the volcano in the background, you will see Lake Arenal and different birds such as kingfishers, toucans, tanagers and cormorants.
The circuit will take you to the Arenal River where you will take a well-deserved rest and enjoy a picnic. Afterwards, you will relax in one of the best thermal water places: Baldi Hot Spring, you will find swimming pools, slides and areas to relax.
When you arrive at Baldi Hot Springs you will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, you will spend a fabulous day and then you will be returning to San Jose where the tour ends at the same starting point.
