In this 2.5 hour walking tour you will see a country crazy about coffee, gelato and you will try the best gelato of Rome. As you stroll the central area, your guide will describe any seasonal event at the time of your tour and give you an introduction to selected specialties in the main shops. Detailed Description
This tour combines your love for coffee and gelato with your passion for Rome in a 2.5 hour walk around Rome’s city centre.
You will taste the worlds known famous Italian coffee and the best gelato and tiramisu of Rome. Your expert foodie guide will tell you the Italian culinary habits, he will also describe any seasonal event taking place at the time of your tour and he will teach you how gelato and tiramisu are produced.
Your guide will teach how to order coffee in Italy because a tiny cup of coffee is a social ritual, a private break and a friendship invitation. You will visit popular and elegant bars and coffee shops, learning the roasting process, discovering secrets of artisanal gelato and the favourite Italian dessert, tiramisu.
The itinerary will also give you sights of important places in Rome city centre such as Pantheon, Navona Square, Via dei Coronari and Campo de Fiori.
