Detailed Description
This 3 hour walking tour lets you enjoy Rome’s most attractive symbol before anyone else and avoid the queues and the heat. Your guide, an expert in Ancient Rome history, will be waiting for you in front of the Colosseum at the Arch of Constantine.
You will admire the Colosseum in complete silence to appreciate its beauty as your guide tells you everything about its history, architecture and interesting facts. Then, you will go to the Palatine Hill, the oldest part of Rome, where you will climb a little bit to look at the temples, columns and ancient buildings.
Your last stop is the Roman Forum, where Ancient Romans lived their everyday life and your guide will help getting that by showing you some reconstruction images. The tour ends at the entrance of the Roman Forum.

Cancellation Policy
Small group tours with skip the line tickets cancellation 8 days before the tour or earlier: If you cancel your reservation more than 8 full days prior to your tour Colosseum and Vatican Tours will provide a partial refund, but we will retain 20% of the total cost of the tour.
Cancellation for no show at the designated meeting point: If you have not cancelled your reservation and are not present at the designated meeting point on commencement of your tour there will be no refund. We are not responsible for late arrivals. For private tours if you arrive between 30 to 60 minutes after the meeting time agreed with Colosseum and Vatican Tours, the guide/driver will try their best to cover the sights stated on your tour’s itinerary in the remaining allotted time. You can decide to pay extra time to recover the time lost and to fulfill the itinerary. However, this is not always possible and we cannot guarantee any extra time with your guide/driver. For the success of the tour we strongly advise you arrive on time at the designated meeting point as stated on your voucher.
In the case of tours with skip the line entrance your pre-purchased tickets are often subject to a timed-entrance with limited flexibility. If you arrive to the meeting point late we cannot guarantee that you will be permitted entry to the monument and you may be required to repurchase tickets (waiting in any eventual queue for purchase.
