Cooking Paella Course and Visit Albufera Lake

We will pick you up at your hotel in Valencia, to start with our tour at 11:00 AM and live a unique experience in Valencia where you will be able to enjoy the pleasure of cooking your authentic Valencian paella, with the help of our chef, who during the preparation of the dishes will reveal many secrets about the customs, traditions and cuisine of our land.

For Valencians cooking paella is much more than enjoying the flavors of our dishes, it is a holiday, to meet friends and enjoy our climate in the middle of nature.

During the process of paella we will pause to enjoy an aperitif and drink with typical products from the vegetable garden of Valencia.

 Then, it's time to sit down at the table and enjoy our paella accompanied by Valencian salad and wines from our land. For dessert seasonal fruit and the sweet that we have prepared accompanied by a Valencian liqueur. To finish our chef will deliver the certificates that accredit them as ambassadors of the authentic Valencian paella.

After tasting our cuisine, we will complete the day with a tour of the Albufera Natural Park to get a close look at the magnificent Valencian landscapes. With the help of our local guide we will visit the Montañeta dels Sants, a privileged place where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the rice fields and the Albufera lake.

To end our tour, we will continue to the fishing island of El Palmar and the Dehesa del Saler formed by a precise pine forest located between the Mediterranean and the Albufera and possibly one of the most beautiful areas of Valencia. After having enjoyed returning to our hotel to end our tour.
