With this cold adventure you will enjoy an 8 hours tour, first you will meet your sommelier guide, an expert in wines and cold wines too, he will pick you up from downtown and take you to three Premium Winery boutiques, here you will learn about cold climate wines, Ontario’s specialty.
Taste Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc (as well as a few surprises) at the boutique wineries. You may also enjoy cheese pairing as you meet the wine making teams. At the middle of the day enjoy a locally sourced lunch at one of the vineyards. At the end your sommelier guide will take you back to downtown and let you explore.
